The reason this topic has fascinated me so much is because it is one that I have asked for years and wrote about. I came to the simple conclusion is my purpose is simply to experience the obstacles of life, and the enjoyment. It is simply to be a participant on this journey. I am part of the chain link reaction ...as you are. i.e. Your purpose is to post this post, so that others can come here and sparked by the topic of purpose. The invention of the light bulb is a great example. Think of how we use light for everything now....all from one chain reaction.

I used to think my purpose was for somethis so big and divine .....being you and is me simply divine enough. :)

wow.  what an experience.  the scar at least doesn't look like it'll be too bad.  it looks like they sewed it up nice.  who knows.  you may barely be able to see it in a year or two.  i hada c-section with my daughter, and i swear to you, you can't see where they cut into me at all.  well, barely.  there's the faintest of a white line there.  i'm so happy you finally got it out and you can move on and feel normal.  you're in my thoughts maggie.

i know i sound completely ignorant, but what's an oophorectomy.  i don't even want to tell you what it sounds like.    i'm really glad your mom came through the surgery well though.  she's been over as many bumps as you have.

again, i loved this entry by you.  especially the religion part.  it's exactly how i feel most of the time, but can't quite put it into words.  the way you describe an afterlife is so poetic and beautiful and moving.  you about moved me to tears talking about your mom. 

i'm glad you're doing good (for the most part) and feeling good.  and i hope your mom's doing okay. 

You know what? Writing what you went through can never be a stupid idea. Sometimes, those moments of reflection, while you are writing, can be very healing, especially when you know that you will be sharing those moments. Write cuz you feel drawn to do it. It doesn't matter who will like it or who will like it. It only matters that you do it for you...

Definately! You have a way of catching someones attention when writting, and not only catching their attention, but holding it as well. That right there is the work of a writter.

Go ahead! I bet someone will fall in love with it and start stalking you! ^.^ I'm sure you can tackle the challenge no problem!

the robin sounds cute. awwww. I found a baby bunny the other day. was going to keep it until I called wild life rescue and they told me it was illegal . So i ended up letting it go in the yard. I named him Charlie . He fit in the palm of my hand.

My graduation party was a bit odd. We had a fugitive hiding in the woods so in the middle of the party a bunch of police cars pulled up and police men ran into the woods. <.< >.>

Poor guy tried to kill himself. , was suicidal apparently.

But i am sure your party will be fugitiveless
